HISTORY OF THE COMPANY
The company (KeiKeu Korean Desserts), was created with the objective of being viable and recognized at the municipal level, knowing a new culture of desserts as is the culture of South Korea, satisfying the desires of customers, so that they feel comfortable and return daily to our business. In spite of not being a staple product, these products are in great demand for their innovation and for the acceptance of the gastronomic pastry culture of another country, in this case South Korea.
The mission of KeiKeu Korean Desserts S.A.S. is to offer high quality products (Korean desserts), providing a combination of varied flavors and minimalist designs, making us the preferred destination for desserts.
In 2028 Keikeu Korean desserts S.A.S, will be recognized for its innovation in the creation of new flavors and presentations, as well as for its customer service and commitment to the local community, being a sustainable and responsible company that contributes to economic and social development while delighting the palates of customers with the best Korean desserts and quality.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
To produce and market high quality desserts with excellent presentation in the municipality of Sopó.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
● Marketing area: Increase brand visibility and improve awareness of the different products.
● Human resources area: Recruit trained personnel for each area of the company.
● Production area: Manufacture desserts with high quality ingredients, taking into account the needs, tastes and preferences of customers.
● Administrative area: Manage resources and make effective decisions for the different areas of the company.
● Environmental area: Use organic and local ingredients, reducing the use of processed raw materials.
● Finance area: Improve efficiency in cash flow management, reduce operating costs and increase revenues.
